Please call if you have any questions or if you are worried about your pet. Always call in advance before coming down to the surgery. Please DO NOT attend the surgery if you are self-isolating or have any flu-like symptoms - call us for advice. The opening hours may change at short notice, especially if our vets or nurses become unwell. We may have shorter opening hours, especially at weekends when we may need to close early, or close completely - please call to check. The out of hours number if we are closed is 01707 669900 or 01707 666399
We have had to temporarily close our books to any new client or pet who is already registered with a vet/has veterinary care in place and create a waiting list. We have put this measure in place as we have become incredibly busy and we need to be able to offer the high level of service our clients and patients expect and deserve.
If you are an existing or previous client and you have a new pet please call and we may be able to accommodate your registration.
If you are not a current client of ours and have a new pet or you do not currently have a vet, do contact us to discuss your particular situation. You may still have to go on the waiting list, but we will discuss options with you - please respect our staff decisions.
